HOW

Primary sources & further reading

The source hub is intentionally modular. Direct applications, talent CRM, referrals, imported CVs, job boards and approved platform integrations can work together. Publicly discoverable profiles are treated as discovery signals, not as blanket permission for unrestricted processing or outreach. Platform access changes over time. The core therefore depends on K2.1 capabilities rather than a specific plugin release or provider. Connectors can change without forcing the recruiting workflow to be redesigned.

WHY

Insights

The goal is not to manufacture SEO volume, but to give teams a practical basis for better recruiting decisions.
