Structured active sourcing

Stop waiting for applications. Build a repeatable path to relevant talent.

Active sourcing works when role definition, search coverage, provenance and outreach are treated as one workflow. AP Recruiting connects those pieces without turning a public profile into an automatic hiring judgement.

Where recruiting processes usually break down

Teams often search too broadly, lose source context and spend time on profiles that look relevant only at headline level.

02 / How AP Recruiting creates structure

03

Build an evidence-based search profile, not a vague persona

Start with the work itself: what must the person reliably do, which credentials are mandatory, and which experience is helpful but substitutable? Job titles and keywords come afterwards. That prevents one familiar title from unnecessarily shrinking the candidate market.

AP Recruiting separates proven information, unknown information and genuine disqualifying conditions. “Not stated” is not the same as “does not have”. That distinction matters when data comes from sources with different dates and confidence levels.

04

Source strategy: combine reach with provenance

The source hub is intentionally modular. Direct applications, talent CRM, referrals, imported CVs, job boards and approved platform integrations can work together. Publicly discoverable profiles are treated as discovery signals, not as blanket permission for unrestricted processing or outreach.

Platform access changes over time. The core therefore depends on modern integrations function rather than a specific plugin release or provider. Connectors can change without forcing the recruiting workflow to be redesigned.

05

Hiring decisions remain human decisions

AP Recruiting is designed to structure evidence, surface missing information and compare job-related requirements. It should not rank people on sensitive characteristics or infer such characteristics from a name, photo or background.

Where matching is shown, the recruiter should be able to see which role-related criteria are evidenced, unknown or unsupported. A transparent comparison is more useful than an unexplained overall score.

FAQ

Common questions from recruiting teams

01Can AP Recruiting search XING and LinkedIn?+

The architecture supports approved or contractual integrations plus compliant public discovery. It does not bypass logins, access controls or platform restrictions to extract protected member databases.

02Does the system automatically reject candidates?+

The intended model is explainable, job-related matching. Unknown information stays unknown, sensitive traits are not selection criteria, and the hiring decision remains with a responsible person.

03Why keep source and freshness information?+

Candidate information may come from different dates and channels. Provenance helps a recruiter distinguish recently confirmed facts from information that may be stale.

04Is it suitable for smaller employers?+

Yes. The interface is designed for simple entry points, while detailed filters, permissions, audit logs and connectors remain available behind the scenes.

05How does multilingual content work?+

professional localisation writes each market version for the language and audience rather than mechanically mirroring German copy.
